Christina Bilenki is an associate with Dunay, Miskel, and Backman, LLP, practicing in the firm’s Land Use & Zoning group. Christina assists in all aspects of the development process, including comprehensive land use plan amendments, environmental permitting, platting and developments of regional impact (DRI).
Prior to pursuing her LL.M. in Real Property Development, Christina completed a Fellowship with Legal Services of Greater Miami, Inc., working in the Foreclosure Defense Unit where she discovered her passion for real property issues. During the course of the LL.M., Christina became increasingly interested with land use issues arising throughout the development process. As a result, Christina chose to pursue a career in land use with this firm.
In her spare time, Christina competes in endurance sports, including Marathons and Ironman triathlons.
